Caring for Your Wooden Chicken Run

For lasting protection, apply a high-quality, non-toxic and animal-safe wood preservative, varnish, roof sealer or water repellent within one week of purchase and before exposure to heavy rain. Regular cleaning and timber treatment are recommended. Position the run in a reasonably sheltered area whenever possible.
